tecRacer signs “Charta der Vielfalt”
tecRacer signs the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) and is visibly committed to an appreciative and prejudice-free working environment.
The Charta der Vielfalt is an initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions under the patronage of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
By signing the Charta der Vielfalt, tecRacer sends a clear signal for diversity and tolerance in the working world and signals the appreciation of all employees regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and ideology, sexual orientation and social origin.

By signing the Diversity Charter, we are now clearly positioning ourselves to our employees, our customers as well as business partners.”

- Dedicated diversity channel in the company instant messaging service, where anyone can post on topics related to diversity.
- Regular workshops held by tecRacer employees to address various diversity topics
Diversity management is a cross-cutting issue. The idea behind it: An organizational culture in which diversity is lived as a matter of course leads to all employees contributing their potential in the best possible way. It also promotes the diversity of ideas or products for which the organization stands.
More and more companies and institutions are seeing these benefits: around 4,700 corporations, businesses, public institutions, clubs, foundations and associations have now signed the Diversity Charter. Around 14.9 million employees benefit from it.
