4. data collection on our website

Cookies

Contact form and Chat

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or chat, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us  (Hubspot) for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Data is passed on to tecRacer Consulting GmbH in the case of inquiries about AWS training, AWS consulting or AWS managed hosting.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can withdraw this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Newsletter subscription

On our website, we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter (dispatched with the provider Hubspot). If you have given us separate consent to inform you by e-mail about our company’s own products and services, the corresponding processing is based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to us monitoring your click and opening behavior in order to provide you with an optimal offer from our newsletter mailing service. Use of data from our training booking tool

If you would like to book a training on our website via our booking tool, we will ask for your first and last name as well as your email address and company address as a matter of obligation. We pass this data on to tecRacer Consulting GmbH and store it there in order to be able to prepare the training, the training documents and the IT solutions used in the training for you. By confirming the privacy policy when booking your training, you agree to the data storage and transfer described above.

Use of data from job applications

If you send us an application via our email address to jobs@tecracer.de, we store your data for a period of 90 days. In the case of applications for AWS Consulting or AWS Managed Hosting, data is forwarded to tecRacer Consulting GmbH.

Data transfer upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content

We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the processing of the contract, for example, to the credit institution entrusted with the processing of payments.
A further transmission of data does not take place or only if you have given your explicit consent to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent, for example for advertising purposes.

Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics

Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking
