On the employer rating portal kununu.com, particularly well rated companies have already received the “Top Company” seal since 2015. Following the relaunch of the Top Company seal in 2022, the seal was improved again for 2023.
Since this year, only the most popular around five percent of all employers on the evaluation platform receive this award. Previously, the figure was around 20 percent. The higher requirements mean that the seal is becoming more exclusive and relevant.
What has remained the same, of course, is that the Top Company seal is awarded exclusively on the basis of anonymous evaluations by employees and applicants.
We are very pleased that we also meet the new requirements for the Top Company seal. This confirms that we are still on the right track as an employee-oriented company that attaches great importance to equality in the workplace, a good working atmosphere and employee involvement in operational decision-making processes.
The recommendation rate of 100% and our current kununu score of 4.5% with over 80 reviews make us very proud!
