Sven Ramuschkat

Chief Executive Officer

Sven Ramuschkat is the founder and managing director of tecRacer. In 1999, he initiated the creation of the business unit “iRacer” within Herrlich & Ramuschkat GmbH, which later became tecRacer. He was one of the first to recognize the potential of cloud technologies and was the world’s first authorized AWS trainer outside of AWS. This made him a key figure in building the AWS ecosystem in the DACH region. With his strategic vision and many years of experience in the IT industry, he has significantly shaped the company’s development since its inception.

Marcel Niemann

Chief Financial Officer

Marcel Niemann has been responsible for tecRacer’s financial processes as CFO since 2025. He ensures that our projects can be successfully implemented on a stable economic basis. Prior to his role at tecRacer, he was CFO at a strategy consultancy and also has several years of experience as a financial investor in the areas of private equity and venture capital. He was previously an M&A consultant at an international investment bank.
