tecRacer has grown steadily over the last few years. In addition to our headquarters in Hanover, we have 4 other branches in Germany. We are also successfully represented in Austria with a great team. As a result, we are already well established in the DACH region as an AWS Premium Consulting & Advanced Training Partner and can list numerous projects with customers in all major sectors and of all sizes. Now we are venturing into a new challenge with our Lisbon office.
The growing IT sector in Lisbon, the exponential growth rates in cloud computing and the fact that Lisbon is a stepping stone to other worldwide Portuguese speaking markets played a key role in our decision.
Located directly on the waterfront with unobstructed views over the Port of Lisbon and onto the Ponte 25 de Abril is the Edifício LACS. LACS is known as a coworking space for developers and the startup mentality is palpable in the air – exactly the right choice for our Lisbon office.

In mid-October 2021, we presented tecRacer publicly for the first time in Portugal. At the Future.Works Tech Conference, we had many interesting discussions with companies already based there and, of course, especially with applicants. The open, friendly atmosphere and the great interest in our company, which is still little known in Portugal, confirmed once again that we are on the right track.
We also met our new team members at Future.Works. The chemistry was right from the start and we were able to put together a great team in a very short time. We are very much looking forward to the input of our new colleagues and their support! We are looking forward to the new challenges and are confident that our expertise and know-how will enable us to carry out many successful cloud projects in Portugal.
