Hannover – December 16, 2025 – The AWS Pure Player company tecRacer, with around 120 employees, has appointed experienced cloud executive Rachel Linnemann as its new CEO. She will take up the position on 1 January 2026, further strengthening tecRacer’s role as a European AWS Thought Leader for demanding cloud transformations in Europe. Founder Sven Ramuschkat will remain with the company as Founder & Principal Technology Advisor, supporting the next phase of growth with his AWS expertise.
Global Cloud Expertise for New Leadership
Rachel Linnemann brings more than 20 years of experience in technology-oriented leadership roles at Microsoft and T-Systems International. There, she was responsible for global cloud strategies and hyperscaler partnerships, and most recently, as Vice President Global Hyperscaler at T-Systems, led collaborations with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, as well as the strategy for managed services and sovereign cloud.
Strategic Direction: AWS, AI and Digital Sovereignty
Under Rachel Linnemann’s leadership, tecRacer is sharpening its positioning and focusing on three key growth areas: The first area covers cloud contact center services, enabling dynamic and secure communication solutions in the AWS cloud. In addition, the development and operation of AI and data analytics solutions are coming to the fore, including generative AI applications and machine learning pipelines. Another focus is supporting European companies and public institutions in secure cloud transformation – with a particular emphasis on compliance and regulation within the new AWS European Sovereign Cloud.

Rachel Linnemann is an internationally experienced cloud executive with positions at Microsoft and T-Systems. As Vice President Global Hyperscaler, she was responsible for global partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, as well as the strategy for managed and sovereign cloud. She is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with specializations in cloud strategy, machine learning, and generative AI.
