For the fourth consecutive year<\/a>, tecRacer has been awarded the kununu Top Company Seal. The employer review platform grants this seal exclusively to companies that perform well in employee evaluations. With this award, tecRacer ranks among the best employers in Germany, reflecting the company’s strong corporate culture.<\/p>\n

The kununu Top Company Seal is one of the few awards based entirely on independent employee reviews. Every year, only about five percent of companies on kununu are honored with this title. “The seal sends a strong signal to talent looking for a workplace that matches their values and expectations”<\/em>, says Nina Zimmermann<\/strong>, CEO of kununu.<\/p>\n

With this recognition, tecRacer confirms its position as an employer that focuses on employee satisfaction and a positive corporate culture. The company has been awarded the Top Company Seal several times in previous years.<\/p>\n

To qualify for the kununu Top Company Seal 2025, a company must meet the following criteria:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
\u258c <\/span>At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.<\/div>\n
\u258c <\/span><\/span>A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and for employee reviews.<\/div>\n
\u258c<\/span> In the past twelve months, the employee rating score must be at least 3.8 stars.<\/div>\n
\u258c<\/span> At least two new ratings in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating.<\/div>\n
