    Rachel Linnemann<\/h3>\n

    Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n

    Since 2026, Rachel Linnemann is leading tecRacer\u2019s growth and strategic development as CEO. She is an internationally experienced cloud executive with previous roles at Microsoft and T-Systems. As Vice President Global Hyperscaler, she was responsible for global partnerships with AWS and other hyperscalers, as well as for the strategy around Managed Services and Sovereign Cloud. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Rachel is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with a focus on cloud strategy, machine learning, and generative AI, combining deep technical expertise with a strong strategic and entrepreneurial perspective. Under her leadership, we are clearly focused on growth, innovation, and digital sovereignty, further strengthening tecRacer\u2019s position as a leading AWS partner in Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Torsten H\u00f6pfner<\/h3>\n

    Chief Operating Officer<\/p>\n

    Torsten H\u00f6pfner has been COO of tecRacer Germany GmbH since January 2026, responsible for operational excellence as well as key organizational and strategic initiatives. He has been with the company since 1998 and has significantly shaped its internal organization and projects over many years. His professional career began in software development and project management; he later served for many years as Managing Director and shareholder at tecRacer and most recently led the Cloud Engineering division. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Torsten stands for pragmatic, scalable processes, reliable delivery, and a clear commitment to security and quality \u2014 ranging from a lived ISMS to ISO\/IEC 27001 alignment \u2014 and actively promotes a culture of autonomy and personal responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Marcel Niemann<\/h3>\n

    Chief Financial Officer<\/p>\n

    Marcel Niemann has been responsible for tecRacer\u2019s financial processes as CFO since 2025. He ensures that our projects can be successfully implemented on a stable economic basis. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Prior to his role at tecRacer, he was CFO at a strategy consultancy and also has several years of experience as a financial investor in the areas of private equity and venture capital. He was previously an M&A consultant at an international investment bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sven Ramuschkat <\/h3>\n

    Founder & Principal Technology Advisor<\/p>\n

    \n

    Sven Ramuschkat is the Founder and Principal Technology Advisor at tecRacer. Until 2026, he served as the company’s managing director. In 1999, he initiated the creation of the business unit \u201ciRacer\u201d within Herrlich & Ramuschkat GmbH, which later became tecRacer.<\/p>\n

    He was one of the first to recognize the potential of cloud technologies and was the world\u2019s first authorized AWS trainer outside of AWS. This made him a key figure in building the AWS ecosystem in the DACH region. With his strategic vision and many years of experience in the IT industry, he has significantly shaped the company\u2019s development since its inception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
